***PLEASE NOTE: ORDER PROCESSING TIME ARE SEPARATE FROM SHIPMENT TIMES. YOU WILL RECEIVE AN EMAIL CONFIRMATION WITH YOUR SHIPMENT INFORMATION ONCE YOUR ORDER HAS BEEN SHIPPED.

***ALL SHIPPING AND BILLING INFORMATION MUST MATCH. A SIGNATURE IS REQUIRED FOR CUSTOM WIG ORDERS INCLUDING BUILD YOUR OWN SERVICES.

1. PROCESSING TIME

All orders are processed within 3 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

2. CANCELLATIONS

After an order is submitted processing begins and the order cannot be cancelled. If there's any questions about canceling an order please contact us.

3.RETURNS

All sales are FINAL and returns are NOT ACCEPTED.

4. DAMAGED ORDERS

Poised Beyond Hair is not liable for lost or damaged products after placed in the hands of the shipping carrier. If your product arrives damaged, please reach out to us for assistance with filing a claim with the shipping provider.

5. SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS

Orders cannot be shipped to PO Boxes.

6. CORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESS

Poised Beyond Hair is not responsible for incorrect shipping addresses. It is the customers responsibility to ensure all shipping information is correct before submitting your order. Once an order is placed we cannot change the information entered.
